Flatrock Music and Arts Festival

We are having two events this Saturday, May 25, from 10-4. Volunteers will be needed, or you can come out to meet our adoptables! The events will both be held at the corner of Nolensville Road and Thompson Lane in Nashville. The Flatrock Music and Arts Festival will be at Coleman Park and the AutoMart event will be across the street. Email lisa@noahsarksociety.org if you can help!

There will be food trucks, vendors, fun for kids, and did we mention adoptable dogs??????

2013 Membership Drive

Noah’s Ark Society could not exist without the gracious support of our friends, adopters, and followers. We are 100% supported by private donations and memberships from families like yours. Please continue your support by becoming a member of Noah’s Ark Society.

All Membership levels will be signed up to receive our Noah’s Ark Society newsletter. Additionally, we will be holding a raffle along with our membership drive. For each increment of $25 your family will be entered into a drawing for a family 4 pack of Park Hopper tickets to Walk Disney World; a $600 value!

Sponsors will receive a Noah’s Ark Society T-Shirt, and Patrons will receive a Noah’s Ark Society T-Shirt, Coffee Mug, and Copy of our Canine Cookbook; Sniff the Cook.
 
We will also name all sponsors and patrons on our website and include any sponsoring businesses in our links and referrals. Please choose your membership level, join using one of the easy and convenient methods on our Membership Drive Page.

There are so many reasons to give----whether it was Grace, Peaches, Scooter, or Mazie that touched your heart...or maybe it was Jethro and Tucker; the inseparable donkey and goat.  Wiggles the kitty who came to us sliced open by the fan blade on a car, or Davy, the Quarterhorse who was terrified of people before NAS but is now a loved and reliable trail horse.

Each of these sweet spirits was saved from our supporters, and we hope to continue these efforts through 2013.  Please, as you consider who to give to, consider Noah's Ark Society.  Your contribution is tax deductible and 100% goes to the animals in need.  

  

Get Those Paws Back On The Pavement!

It's that time again...yes, our quarterly festival of puppies, kittens, gorgeous dogs and UNBELIEVABLE deals.

Paws on the Pavement is THIS SATURDAY, May 18th from 10am to 6pm at 4012 Hillsboro Pike, Green Hills, TN.

You won't want to miss this one...

We'll have a kissing booth, bake sale, in store specials, adoptable kittens, adoptable dogs, return appearances by some of our biggest successes in 2012 and MORE!

Please come out Saturday.  We can't wait to see you!

Support Noah's Ark Society by Eating at Ruby Tuesday!

We try to make supporting Noah's Ark Society fun AND easy...and what's easier than enjoying a great meal in order to give?  You have to eat, right?

So...we've signed up with Ruby Tuesday to be part of their community give back initiative.  We had an amazing turnout two weeks ago in Brentwood, and there are still 2 Tuesdays to go....

Tuesday May 14th AND Tuesday May 28th. 

Here's how it works.

1) Print the attached form
2) Eat At Ruby Tuesday
3) Give the form to your server

DONE....  Yes, it really is that simple!

On May 14th the Green Hills Restaurant will be supporting Noah's Ark Society and on May 28th the Mt. Juliet Restaurant will be serving in support of Noah's Ark Society.

Oh, and did we mention?  Ruby Tuesday takes reservations, so no worries about getting a date night table, or enough room for the whole family....why not do a department outing at work, and get your coworkers to go?  It's good good, awesome salad bar, and a good cause.

We are right in the middle of our 2013 membership drive, and this is an exciting one for Noah's Ark Society.  Maybe you adopted a dog, cat, chicken, rabbit, turtle, horse, goat, donkey or pony from us... (Yes, we really did rescue, rehabilitate and adopt out all of the above last year!!!).  Maybe you follow us on Facebook or on our website, and just believe in what we do.  Maybe you are new to Noah's Ark Society, but just want to support a GREAT cause.  Whatever has led you here, we are just very glad that you found us.

So about that Membership Drive....we have 4 levels of membership as follows:

Individual - $25
Family - $50
Sponsor - $200
Patron - $500

With each membership level you can get amazing rewards from Noah's Ark Society.  First and foremost, everyone who joins will be entered into a drawing to win a family 4 pack of park hopper tickets to Walt Disney World.  That's a $600 value!!  For every increment of $25 you donate with your membership you get 1 entry to win.  For instance, with an individual membership of $25 you get 1 entry, but maybe you want a family membership, and want to donate an additional tax deductible $50 for a $100 total donation...you'll get 4 entries into the raffle.  All Members will also receive our gorgeous monthly newsletter.

The drawing for these tickets closes on June 14th, and we'll draw the winner June 15th, in plenty of time for you to plan your Summer Vacation.

Queenie Is Home!

We have to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who kept an eye out for Queenie and shared her information.  The entire neighborhood was aware that Queenie was missing from the network of volunteers who went door to door and the shared posts through Facebook.

Thankfully through storms, flooding, and days of beautiful Spring weather, Queenie never left the area, and today Queenie was caught, safe and sound.

Queenie will be coming back to Noah's Ark Society, and back to her original foster mom, Megan.  We have a feeling Queenie may life with Megan forever, but we'll know more on that in the near future.  In Megan's words, Queenie is a little thin right now, but the GREAT news is she is safe, and on the way home.
